You can also send a report from inside the app: Profile → Settings → Report Issue. It includes your app version, which helps us fix things faster. We aim to reply within a few days.

Step-by-step guides

Every guide from the app, with screenshots, is also on the web: browse all guides. In the app they live under Profile → Settings → How To Use Khatmah. They cover:

Qur'an Khatmahs

Create one, claim and return a Juz, mark it complete, extend the timeline, manage readers.

Salawat

Create a Salawat Khatmah, log amounts, edit an entry, set a goal.

Circles

Create a Circle, approve join requests, promote admins, start a Khatmah inside it.

Dua and sharing

Listen to the completion Dua, add a Dua call to your calendar, share a Khatmah or Circle.

Common questions

I joined a Khatmah by mistake. How do I leave?

Open the Khatmah, tap the settings button at the top right to open Manage, then choose Leave Khatmah. Any Juz you've claimed but not finished goes back for someone else to read.

A share link opened in my browser, not the app.

Install Khatmah from the App Store or Google Play, then tap the link again. It will open straight in the app.

I deleted a Khatmah by accident.

On Home, scroll down to Recently Deleted. A deleted Khatmah can be recovered for 3 days.

I can't delete my account.

If you're the only admin of a Khatmah or Circle that has other members, promote someone else to admin first, then try again.
