KhatmahFrom the app (fastest)
- Open Khatmah and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete My Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Only admin of a group? If you're the only admin of a Khatmah or Circle that has other members, promote someone else to admin first. Khatmahs and Circles where you're the only member are deleted with your account.
By email
If you can't open the app, email us from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". Include the name and country on your account so we can find it.
We'll confirm we've received it, and delete your account within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your profile: name, country and avatar
- Your notifications and notification settings
- Your memberships and roles in Khatmahs and Circles
- Juz you'd claimed but not finished, which go back for others to read
- Your sign-in account with Apple or Google
What's kept
Juz you completed and Salawat you logged stay part of the Khatmahs you contributed to, so those Khatmahs still add up. They're no longer linked to your profile. Usage and crash data held by Google Analytics and Crashlytics is kept according to our retention settings and isn't tied to your name.
