Circles

From Circles, tap Create a Circle.

Name it, describe who gathers here, and choose Public (anyone may request to join) or Private (invite only).

Your circle is created and ready. You're its first admin, so you can create a khatmah inside it.

When someone requests to join your circle, they show up under Join Requests. Tap Approve to add them as a member, or Decline to remove the request.

Approve adds them right away, and the member count updates.

Decline just removes the request. The member count stays the same.

Open Members & Roles from Manage, and tap Make Admin next to the member you want to promote.

They're promoted right away, listed under Admins with when they became one, and can now manage the circle just like you.

From your circle, tap Create under Khatmahs in This Circle.

Fill it out just like any khatmah. See How to Create a Khatmah for the full walkthrough. The only difference is the "For [circle name]" badge confirming it's scoped to this circle.

It's created and shows as "Created by" the circle, not by you personally, and appears under Khatmahs in This Circle for every member.

Open your circle and tap into any khatmah listed under Khatmahs in This Circle.

Tap the slider icon to open Manage. It works exactly like managing any khatmah: edit details, extend the timeline, manage participants, promote or revoke admins, schedule a dua call, or delete it.

From Manage, tap Leave Circle.

Confirm by tapping Leave This Circle?, or Cancel to stay. You'd need to request to join again to come back.

You're removed from the circle right away, and its Khatmahs are hidden until you rejoin.
